The area of expertise of our company within İmex Gıda is Black Sea salmon farming. Although Black Sea salmon is not known enough in the world, it is a type of fish that has higher nutritional values than its counterparts Norwegian and Chilean salmon and at least as high quality. Due to the increasing popularity and demand of pink meat fishes in the world, we, as İmex Gıda, continue our export-oriented production in our Sinop facilities with an annual license capacity of 8,000 tons.
At the same time, thanks to our processing factory located in Samsun Yakakent, 50 km from our sea production facilities, the produced Black Sea salmon are processed and frozen in the freshest and highest quality or supplied fresh depending on the customer demand and season. İmex Gıda continues to work on salmon and further processed salmon products without slowing down.
