We export the trout we raise to Russia and many countries of the world, especially to Eastern Europe. We offer Rainbow trout, which is a freshwater type, to our customers as fresh, frozen and smoked.
The trout that we harvest from our Kayseri and Kırşehir facilities, especially during the peak harvest season, in April-May and June, are processed in our processing facility in Antalya, which has BRC, IFS and ASC quality certificates, and packaged according to the demands of our customers in many countries of the world. At the same time, we offer advanced and ready-to-eat smoked product groups to our customers with our smoked factory in Antalya.
