We offer Rainbow trout, which is a freshwater type, to our customers as fresh, frozen and smoked.<\/p>\n<p>The trout that we harvest from our Kayseri and K\u0131r\u015fehir facilities, especially during the peak harvest season, in April-May and June, are processed in our processing facility in Antalya, which has BRC, IFS and ASC quality certificates, and packaged according to the demands of our customers in many countries of the world.
